Rare Christ-maz Party at Project site

We hardly have Christ-maz Party at our project site. During my 2+ years here, only this once on 18-Dec-2008. Before that don't have and after that also don't have. Not sure is it because:
  • no $budget$ or
  • bosses not around so nobody wants to do it cos cannot score points or
  • our customers cannot join in the party so no point having it
Anyway, let's just enjoy the Christmas Party
