Y O G. Profit or Loss?

Some time back, I saw this article on-line saying the Y-O-G budget triples from an original $104 millions to approximately $387 millions.

THEY say "benefits will still continue to outweigh the increased cost" in the following ways:

• $260 million worth of contracts,
• $57 million boom in tourism receipts from 40,000 visitors
• $86 million international media value from a global audience of 1.5 billion
  

therefore the estimated benefit is around $403 millions but.....

Is there total transparency to properly audit all these expenditure vs benefit to let us see the real picture??

Rainbow after work.....

If I still remember correctly, this is the second time I saw rainbow after work @ my workplace.

So does rainbow has any special meaning behind it?
