Morning call started at 06:30 hours and with the free transport, we reached the camp around 07:25 hours. After the 4 static stations and a 2.4km run, the whole event ended around 09:00 hours.
Very luckily enough, this time round, I still manage to get a silver award with 21 points but I did notice that my running standard has dropped significantly as compare to 2009. Is it because:
- I have gained quite a few pound or
- I have not been running regularly.
